アルモンデ ・ARUMONDE
「ある もの で」 の 意味で、 新しく買わずに持っているもので対応することです。
It means “with what you have,” and coping with it instead of buying something new.
例えば、冷蔵庫の中にある食材や前日の残り物などで料理することをアルモンデ料理と言います。
For example, cooking with ingredients in the refrigerator or leftovers from the previous day is called arumonde (al monde) cuisine.
「節約」よりも語呂がよく、工夫する人が増えています。
