It is ギュられる (gyurareru).

It is a word combining “singularity” with the passive form “rareru.”
「シンギュラリティ」に、受け身の「られる」を組み合わせた言葉です。It expresses that human jobs and roles are taken away by the advance of AI.
AIの進化によって、人間の仕事や役割が奪われることを表します。It is used as in “This industry will soon be gyurareru.”

1. How the word is built
Take ギュ from シンギュラリティ and add the passive ending られる. The passive tells you something is done to you.
「シンギュラリティ」の「ギュ」に、受け身の「られる」をつけた形です。受け身は「自分が何かをされる」ことを表します。
- この仕事も、いつかギュられる。This job will be AI-displaced someday, too.
- 「翻訳の仕事はギュられる」と言う人もいる。Some people say translation work will be AI-displaced.
2. Nに奪われる (to be taken away by N)
The article uses 奪われる, the passive of 奪う (to take away). Use it when something is taken from you.
記事では「奪う」の受け身「奪われる」が使われています。何かを取られてしまうときの言い方です。
- スマホに時間を奪われる。My time is taken away by my phone.
- 強い風に、かさを奪われた。My umbrella was taken away by a strong wind.
